When you submit the application form, we collect the following personal data, which you provide voluntarily:

  • Full name
  • City of residence
  • Phone number (with country code)
  • Age
  • Three (3) photographs uploaded by you

03.Purpose of processing

We process your data exclusively for the following purposes:

  • To evaluate your application to participate in the Madre Pasión program
  • To contact you regarding the outcome of your application
  • To verify that the information and photographs provided are authentic and belong to you

04.Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent, granted when you submit the form (Article 6.1.a GDPR), and the necessity to take steps prior to entering into a possible contract at your request (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

05.Data retention

If you are not selected, your personal data and photographs will be deleted within a maximum of 6 months from the date of submission.

If you are selected and join the program, your data will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and during the legal periods required by Spanish law.

06.Data sharing and international transfers

Your data is not sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may only be shared with technical service providers (hosting, email) acting as data processors under a written agreement and located within the European Economic Area or under equivalent guarantees.
