By submitting an application through this website, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not submit the form.
Madre Pasión is a private project based in Spain that selects mature women aged 50 and over to participate in a discreet image and content program.
02.Eligibility requirements
To apply, you must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Be 50 years of age or older
- Have full legal capacity to enter into agreements
- Provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information in the form
- Own the rights to the photographs you upload (only photos of yourself, taken by you or with full permission of the photographer)
- Voluntarily and freely accept the nature of the program
03.Selection process
Submitting an application does NOT guarantee selection. Madre Pasión reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.
Selected candidates will be contacted directly within a reasonable timeframe.
04.No income guarantee
While the program is presented as an opportunity to generate passive income, Madre Pasión does NOT guarantee any specific amount, frequency or minimum income. Actual results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including but not limited to demand, individual profile and platform policies.
Any income figures or testimonials shown are illustrative and do not constitute a promise of earnings.
05.Right to free cancellation
You may cancel your participation in the program at any time, free of charge and without penalty, by sending a written notice to info@madrepasion.com.
Upon cancellation, we will proceed to delete your active profile and the personal data associated with it, subject to the retention periods established by law.
06.Intellectual property
All content of this website (texts, designs, logos, graphics) is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Madre Pasión or its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
The photographs and content you provide remain your property. By submitting them, you grant Madre Pasión a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use them solely for the purposes of the program.
07.Confidentiality and anonymity
Madre Pasión is committed to safeguarding the anonymity of its participants and to processing all information confidentially, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
08.Limitation of liability
Madre Pasión shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising from the use of this website or participation in the program, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
09.Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the courts of the city of the registered office of Madre Pasión, in Spain.
